Dr. Peter Adriaens

Dr. Peter Adriaens

Peter Adriaens is Director of Product Development at Equarius. He manages the overall design, testing and implementation of the waterVaR and waterBeta™ platforms. Prior to Equarius, he led an R&D team for 20+ years focused on product development and testing for water risk characterization and management as professor of Environmental Engineering and Entrepreneurship Strategy at the University of Michigan. He holds Director positions at the Watershed Capital Group and the Global CleanTech Cluster Association and is a serial entrepreneur (KeyStone Compact, CleanTech Acceleration Partners LLC). He has eight years experience in equity investment, sustainability finance and business analytics.

Mr. Paul Freedman

Paul Freedman has four decades of experience in consulting and research on water risks and impacts assessments as well as development of solutions and strategies. He has extensive United States and international project experience and over 250 publications and presentations. Paul is coFounder of LimnoTech and a past President of the international Water Environment Federation.

Mr. John Marr

Interim CFO and Treasurer

John Marr is currently the COO at LimnoTech. He has 30-years of operations, business development and sales of services and data. John was also co-founder and past President of LTI Information Technology, a provider of computer support and information management services.


Ran Gao

Ran Gao is currently the CPO at Equarius Risk Analytics.  Ran has experience in validating WaterVaR model with public environmental data including CDP, 10-k, GRI and quantified material water risk using WaterVaR (Value-at-Risk) model in particular for oil and gas companies.
